Jon Dzingeleski, Founder of Pollen Consulting, has 12+ years experience with large manufacturing, retail & service organizations across Goodyear, adidas & KinderCare. During this time, he led & supported numerous growth initiatives working cross-functionally with teams that span Strategy, Marketing, Finance, Sales, Reporting/Analytics, Data Management & Accounting.

Pollen Consulting was born from his passion in working on values-led initiatives that have ambitious goals to impact the community. Moving to Portland in 2014, he has fallen in love with the PNW and looking to expand his impact in the community with local organizations who are looking to drive change.
